• The rates above are based on single or double occupancy.   Max occupancy is 3 persons per room. $35.oo (plus taxes) per night charge for extra adult

• Currently taxes are 16% VAT, 3% Hotel tax & also there is a mandatory daily service charge of 10% per room per night. (subject to change)- in lieu of staff gratuities.

• Wireless Internet was $19 per day for up to 5 devices- but is now complimentary for IVS attendees

• Rates will be available 4 days prior and 4 days after the meeting dates but will be based on availability only.

• 20% discount on Cactus Spa treatments (special packages, beauty salon services and/or boutique items are not included) applicable to all Group participants.

• 10% discount to play at Cabo del Sol Golf Course (desert course) and includes free transportation from Hotel to Cabo del Sol Club House.

Deposits: One night room rental plus taxes will be charged to each individual guest (non- refundable) 60 days prior to individual reservation arrival date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to individual reservation arrival date.

Cancellations: If you cancel between 60-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds and you will be charged for your entire scheduled stay. If you are a no-show or depart early, you will be charged for your entire stay.  Check-in is at 3:00pm; Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon); guests who stay in their rooms beyond the check-out time without Hotel authorization will be charged for an additional room at the prevailing room rate.
