Terms

Deposit: A deposit equal to two (2) night’s stay is required to hold your reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to your reserved stay. 

Cancellations: There is a 2 night charge if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival or are a no-show or late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the full stay.

Island tours

  • Explore the island by bike, horse, helicopter, kayak, raft, car or hiking.
  • Enjoy a sunrise tour to the top of Mt. Haleakala and then ride a mountain bike back down from the summit. (You can elect to take the bus back to the hotel)
  • The infamous road to Hana is a must and don’t forget to stop and enjoy the scenery and waterfalls as you wind your way around the Island. The valley of the seven sacred pools await your arrival. This is a wonderful all-day adventure.
  • Helicopter tours are a great way to see the Island from above.

Getting There

Airport

Most major carriers fly to the Maui international airport at Kahului. You then grab your rental car and head off towards the Sheraton which is located on the north west side of the Island , just above Lahaina- at the Ka’anapali resort.

Local Transportation Information

We recommend that you rent a car for the entire stay as this allows you the freedom to get out and explore the Island. Most airlines offer a fly/drive package for Maui – please call our travel office at 800-487-5650 for assistance.

We reserve rooms starting the day prior to the seminar and ending on the last seminar day.  However, if you need additional days, we will work with the hotel to accommodate your request based on availability.

Getting Confirmation

After you submit this hotel request form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request for the hotel accommodations.  Please note that this does not confirm your hotel accommodations.
