This seminar has been designed to present the most current information on the diagnosis and treatment of many cardiovascular and respiratory diseases that you are commonly asked to manage in your patients. The main emphasis of the seminars will be to give you practical information that you can readily utilize in your practice- along with providing information on the current treatments being offered at the referral centers. Drs. Johnson & Oswald  are known to be very personable speakers who approach clinical problems very practically.

Monday March 22 (5.5 CE Hours)

Dr. Oswald:

2:00pm – 3:15pm: What’s important after 25 years in the clinic : cardiac examination, murmurs, gallops, arrhythmias, blood pressure, ECG & BNP. and Therapeutic approach to common arrhythmias

3:30pm – 4:30pm: How to manage the asymptomatic patient with a murmur. Can congestive heart failure be prevented?

This seminar is approved for up to 16 CE hrs. 

This program has been approved for a maximum of 16 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions, which recognize AAVSB’s RACE approval; however, participants should be aware that some boards have limitations on the number of hours accepted in certain categories and /or restrictions on certain methods of delivery of continuing education.   • Veterinarians: IVS attendees who currently have an FTC (Future transfer Credit) from a previously cancelled seminar: 

      • Please do not use the online registration as you will be charged again. You cannot use the credit thru this online registration. 

      • Please e-mail with your request (include name of registrant and which seminar you were originally scheduled to attend) for registration –  We will register you and deduct this amount from your credit.     E-mail your request to:     ivsceonline@gmail.com

  • Cancellations:  You can elect either for a Future Transfer credit for the complete registration fee or refund minus 10% processing fee. You must email our office prior to the seminar to receive an email confirmation or you will forfeit your webinar registration fee.
