Deposits:
For Main Lodge, Viking Lodge & Lakefront Condominiums, one night’s room and tax will be collected at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival the remaining balance due on the entire stay will be deducted from the credit card on file and reservation will be considered non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Cancellations:
For Main Lodge, Viking Lodge & Lakefront Condo reservations, cancellations may be made up until fourteen (14) days prior to arrival with full refund of the deposit. Cancellations, reductions in length of stay, or early departures made within fourteen (14) days of arrival forfeit the entire length of stay.
No-Show Policy: For any reservations that “no show”, the deposit will be forfeited. If the reservation is for multiple nights and the guest is a “no show,” and arrival date will be moved to the following day. If the guest again does not arrive for check in, the reservation will be cancelled and all deposits forfeited.
