Price

  • Alpine Vista Room with one king bed: $469.00 per room, per night, plus taxes & fees.
  • Alpine Vista Room with two king beds: $489.00 per room, per night, plus taxes & fees.
  • Sunset Vista Room with one king bed: $499.00 per room, per night, plus taxes & fees.

*The above rate is based on single or double occupancy, for a max occupancy of to 2 adults and 2 children. There is an extra charge, per adult over 2, staying in the room.

Additional Fees & Taxes (subject to change without notice):

  • The above rate is subject to state and local taxes, currently 12.65%

 

  • Resort Fee is $25.00 per room per day and will apply to all guestrooms. This fee includes internet access throughout the rooms and public areas, ski valet (excluding gratuities) and ski/boot storage, in-room water and local/long distance/international telephone calls. This nightly Resort Fee also includes a daily membership to the Spa at The Peaks (normally $60 daily entry fee). This membership allows access to the locker room and all amenities, full use of the weight room and cardio room, access to the sauna, steam room, hot tubs, indoor lap pool and indoor/outdoor pool areas (excludes treatments and scheduled activities).
  • Valet parking is available at a charge: $34.00 per car per night

Terms

Deposits:

A deposit equal to one (1) night’s stay including tax and service fees is required at the time of booking. 

Cancellations:  

Your deposit is fully refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If your reservation is cancelled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival, or you are a no-show, a cancellation fee will be assessed equal to complete reservation.

Flying to Telluride

No matter the season, the short drive between Montrose and Telluride is a visually-stunning, 75-minute drive including a stretch along the San Juan National Scenic Byway

Rental cars are available but: Telluride is one of the most pedestrian-friendly resort towns in the United States. With options such as the free Gondola, Dial-A-Ride/Telluride Concierge and the Galloping Goose bus service, you don’t need a rental car to easily get around in Telluride.
