The Hacienda del Mar Resort & Spa of Los Cabos captures the atmosphere of Old Mexico. Cabo Ocean view rooms:  Consider this your calm oasis, your room leads onto a private balcony or terrace with views of our peaceful Sea of Cortez plus lush glimpses of gardens. 490 sq ft  

Baja Ocean Front view rooms: Savor your private ocean front room with balcony or terrace and soak up breathtaking ocean front views of Baja’s Sea of Cortez. 490 sq ft

Not included in the all-inclusive rate:

• A daily charge is not included for Environmental Sanitation tax of $82.11 Mexican Pesos per room per night (* charge in US dollars varies based on the prevailing Hotel Exchange Rate) in effect at the time of check-in
  • Special events hosted by the Hotel at an additional cost for all guests, including holidays, theme parties and tastings.
  • De Cortez Restaurant, Girasoles Bar & Ice Cream-Creperie*
  • Some food & beverage items are subject to a surcharge
  • Tours, telephone calls, in-room movies, laundry and dry-cleaning.
  • Bottles of Wine and liquor
  • Transportation Service or Car Rental

  • Gift shops and boutiques: Los Portales, Santa Marina, Arte Sano & La Casona Tobacco Shop
  • Cactus spa services, treatments, products and drinks

    * De Cortez Restaurant has an access fee of $10 USD for breakfast & $35 USD for Dinner. Fee grants access to main menu. A credit equal to the fee paid can be applied toward premium dishes if guests decides to order from premium menu instead of main menu.

More details:

• All-Inclusive Plan starts at check-in time (3:00 PM) and ends at Check-Out time (12:00 p.m.)
• Refunds and discounts are not provided for unused portions of the All-Inclusive plan.
• Benefits from the All-Inclusive plan are not transferable to other guests.
• Group participants are required to wear a bracelet, replacement is subject to a $320.00 usd charge.
• Take-out or to-go orders from restaurants & bars are not permitted. Box Lunches available with an extra charge
• 15% discount on Cactus Spa treatment (special packages, beauty salon services or boutique items are not included) or 20% discount for prepaid treatments at Cactus SPA 
• 10% discount to play at Cabo del Sol Golf Courses and includes free transportation from Hotel to Cabo del Sol Club House.  

• Rates will be available 2 days prior and 2 days after the meeting dates but will be based on availability only.

Deposits: One night room rental plus taxes will be charged to each individual guest (non- refundable) 60 days prior to individual reservation arrival date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to individual reservation arrival date.

Cancellations: If you cancel between 60-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds and you will be charged for your entire scheduled stay. If you are a no-show or depart early, you will be charged for your entire stay.  Check-in is at 3:00pm; Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon); guests who stay in their rooms beyond the check-out time without Hotel authorization will be charged for an additional room at the prevailing room rate.
