Every guest room is newly renovated and comfortably appointed with breathtaking views of lush gardens, lava rock waterways, or swimming lagoons. 83% of the resort’s 508 rooms and suites have ocean views and all come equipped with furnished balconies and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Beds.

Run of house refers to any non-ocean view room types available
Run of ocean view refers to any of the types of partial and ocean view rooms available in the resort. There is no guarantee which room types will be available.

Additional Charges:

All rates above are based on single or double occupancy.  Currently, for a third or forth person in the room is an additional $89.00 plus tax, per person, per night.  Children 17 years of age and younger are free of charge when sharing the same room as parent(s), maximum of four persons to a room.  Third & Forth person charge is subject to change without notice.

Self-Parking:   Daily self-parking charge, starting on the 2nd night, of $18.00 (normally $24.00) plus tax with arrival night complimentary valet parking. After first night Valet parking is $33 plus tax.

Resort Charge  is $35.00  per room, per night plus tax (reduced rate from $40.00 for IVS) and includes:

Deposit: A deposit equal to two (2) night’s stay is required to hold your reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to your reserved stay. 

Cancellations: There is a 2 night charge if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival or are a no-show or late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the full stay.
