Group room rates:

Hacienda Garden view: US$185.00 dbl/night plus taxes

Cabo Ocean View: US$200.00 dbl/night plus taxes

Baja Ocean Front: US$210.00 dbl/night plus taxes

• The rates above are based on single or double occupancy.   Max occupancy is 3 persons per room.
• Currently taxes are 16% VAT, 3% Hotel tax & also there is a mandatory daily service charge of 6% per room per night. (subject to change)
• The service charge includes maid service, 2 bottles of water daily in room, daily in room package coffee, workout room access, 30 minutes complimentary internet access at our exclusive 
• There is a porterage charge of $6.50 per person, round trip.
• Wireless Internet was $19 per day for up to 5 devices- but is now complimentary for IVS attendees
• Rates will be available 4 days prior and 4 days after the meeting dates but will be based on availability only.

Deposits: One night room rental plus taxes will be charged to each individual guest (non- refundable) 60 days prior to individual reservation arrival date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to individual reservation arrival date.

Cancellations: If you cancel between 60-30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited.  If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, there will be no refunds and you will be charged for your entire scheduled stay. If you are a no-show or depart early, you will be charged for your entire stay.  Check-in is at 3:00pm; Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon); guests who stay in their rooms beyond the check-out time without Hotel authorization will be charged for an additional room at the prevailing room rate.
