Deposit: 10% of the lodging are due at time of booking. Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled between time of reservation and 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the 10% deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire amount. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows or downgrades.
Steamboat Ski Resort, located just outside of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is a premier ski destination famous for its Champagne Powder®. The resort is situated across seven mountain peaks within the Park Range and overlooks the Yampa Valley.
The area has a rich western heritage and is one of the largest ski resorts in Colorado. Steamboat Springs has been dubbed Ski Town, U.S.A. due to the fact that more Olympians call Steamboat home than any other ski resort.
You can either fly to Denver and drive up to Steamboat or fly directly into Hayden Airport at Steamboat Springs.

As for transportation around town, The Steamboat Grand offers a complimentary shuttle downtown from 1:15 pm to 10:15 pm, leaving the front door of the hotel fifteen and forty-five after the hour. The city of Steamboat also has a free transit system- all subject to change.
