Porterage charges and housekeeping charges are voluntary.
All rates are european plan and are subject to Applicable Hawaii state and hotel taxes which are currently 17.962%.
For additional persons 19 years or older, a $75.00 charge per nite is applied. Maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the room. There is an extra charge for a roll-away which cannot be used in conjunction with a pull-out sofa.

Check-In: 4pm | Check-Out: 11am If a late check-out is requested, a charge of 50% of the group rate will be assessed. Late check-out after 6:00PM will be charged a full day’s rate.
As this is peak summer season if you cancel between 30 & 7 days of your scheduled arrival- you will be charged for two nights plus taxes.
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival you will be charged for your complete stay.
You will also be charged for the complete scheduled stay if you are a no-show or depart early.
Airport Shuttle
Express Shuttle service provided by Robert’s Hawaii between Lihue Airport and Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is available for a fee. Prearranged Shuttle Service guarantees a faster, worry-free arrival and departure.

Taxi phones are located curbside at baggage claim areas.
Hired Drivers
Uber and Lyft are available on Kauai.
Rental Car
All major companies are represented on Kauai. To pick up your car, proceed from the baggage claim area to the Rent-A-Car booths across the street from the terminal. Avis is also available in the lobby of our resort.
