This all new seminar has been designed to provide you with practical information on the current thoughts on anesthesia along with acute and chronic pain management in your practice. The combination of two Anesthesiologist/pain management specialists will provide a unique approach to the patient management. Dr’s Grubb and Robertson will discuss their approach to management of patients requiring anesthesia along with their assessment and management of pain in practice today and also anesthesia and analgesia for emergency/critical care patients.

Check-In: 4pm | Check-Out: 11am If a late check-out is requested, a charge of 50% of the group rate will be assessed. Late check-out after 6:00PM will be charged a full day’s rate.
As this is peak summer season if you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival- you will be charged for the complete scheduled stay.
You will also be charged for the complete scheduled stay if you are a no-show or depart early.
Airport Shuttle
Express Shuttle service provided by Robert’s Hawaii between Lihue Airport and Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa is available for a fee. Prearranged Shuttle Service guarantees a faster, worry-free arrival and departure.
Taxi
Taxi phones are located curbside at baggage claim areas. Cost is approximately $50.00 each way.
Hired Drivers
Uber and Lyft are available on Kauai.
Rental Car
All major companies are represented on Kauai. To pick up your car, proceed from the baggage claim area to the Rent-A-Car booths across the street from the terminal. Avis is also available in the lobby of our resort.
