  • State and local taxes are currently 13.17%

  • Resort fee: Usually $40.00- but for IVS it is $35.00 per room, per night, plus tax.

    This fee will cover several amenities, which include: High speed wireless internet in your guestroom, unlimited local and domestic phone calls, access to Spa fitness center, minimum 18 years of age (fitness only), overnight self-parking, 15% off gift and clothing purchases at the Resort, Spa and Golf shops (excluding the Spa Skincare Shop), complimentary shuttle service to the Camelback Golf Club, complimentary golf driving range use, and complimentary two (2) hour tennis court use, complimentary two (2) hour bicycle rental.

The hotel rates above are based on single or double occupancy.  For additional adults (anyone over the age of 18yrs) staying in the room, with a max of 4 people per room, there is an additional fee per additional person. 

Cancellations:

To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to scheduled arrival. You will also be charged for your complete stay if you cancel within 7 days of scheduled arrival or if you are a no-show or depart early.
