In this all new seminar, Dr’s deLaforcade and Butler will discuss handling those walk-in, same-day cases that challenge practitioners with an already busy schedule. We will discuss strategies we use to manage high case-load, telephone triage and how we differentiate urgent care vs emergent cases. We will bring case examples highlighting the triage, stabilization and management of these dynamic and challenging cases.
