In this all new seminar, Dr’s deLaforcade and Butler will discuss handling those walk-in, same-day cases that challenge practitioners with an already busy schedule. We will discuss strategies we use to manage high case-load, telephone triage and how we differentiate urgent care vs emergent cases. We will bring case examples highlighting the triage, stabilization and management of these dynamic and challenging cases.

Full refund of an individual room deposit will be forfeited unless cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
